Did you run into the error “Your email address could not be verified” while using Canopys for the first time?

We have good news – the error you’re receiving might be easy to remediate. There’s a chance your account is verified. We were able to recreate this error if our account was previously verified.

Suggestion: Open canopys again. Test and see if you’re able to log in.

  • Type; Failed Verification Email
  • Description; This account is already verified.

Also, check the raw server response.

Are we able to replicate the error? Yes. We are able to replicate the error. If we click on a link, get the email verification (see screenshot), and then click the link again to verify it will say “Your email address could not be verified.”
